Bristol Couple Charged With Murder of Woman’s Ex Husband

The ex wife of a man gunned down in a Walmart parking lot, and her current husband are each charged with his murder in September of last year. Bristol Police say 34 year old Ashley strouth and her current husband 37 year old Michael Strouth fatally shot 43 year old Michael Heatherly as he walked to his car in the Walmart parking lot. The victim, Michael Heatherly, was previously married to Ashley Strouth. The Strouth’s are each charged with first degree murder and conspiracy. Police are asking anyone with information about buying or selling a gun to the Strouth’s contact the Bristol Tennessee Police Department.
