Stonebrook Admissions Suspended

The Tennessee Department of Health reports officials have suspended admissions of new residents to Brookhaven Manor in Kingsport. Brookehave is a 180-bed nursing home located at 2035 Stonebrook Place. The violations were found during an annual and complaint survey that conducted in March. Surveyors say they found violations in admisnistration. Admissions, discharges, transfers, performance improvement and social work services. The nursing does have the right to a hearing before the Board of Licensing for Health Care Facilities or an administrative judge.
