Bristol Man Gets Prison Sentence For Operating Drug House

A Bristol Virginia man, who previously admitted to operating a drug house, where a murder occurred is now headed to prison. 39 year old John James Lapis pleaded guilty in January of maintaining a place for the distribution of drugs. The home on Safari drive was the source of more than 150 complaints of drugs, violence and in 2016, 41 year old Larry Melvin Addair was found dead after being murdered in a argument over drugs. Lapis is sentenced to three and a half years in prison.
