Hawkins County Boy Found At Restaurant Alone, Shoeless, Hungry and Filthy…Mother Charged

A Hawkins County woman is charged with child neglect and disorderly conduct after her five year old son was found shoeless, hungry and filthy at a Church Hill restaurant. The boy walked to the restaurant through a busy parking lot at the intersection of Highway 11 W and Silver Lake Road. The boy told workers at the restaurant he and his sister were both hungry. Workers took the boy to his mother, 33 year old Reva Ann Fisher of Stroupe Court and she began screaming vulgarities at her son. She was arrested on the scene and has a court date set for April 30.
