Ballad Health Confirms…Some Announced Layoffs Include Urgent Care Employees

Duplication of services at newly merged Ballad Health Care will result in the termination of an unspecified number of urgent health care employees. Last month, Ballad announced the layoffs of 150 employees but did not say where those cuts would be made. But now, Ballad is confirming some of those affected are indeed urgent care workers and those impacted were given advance notice.
