Southwest Virginia Man Indicted In Fatal Crash Involving Coeburn Teenager

A Russell County grand jury has indicted a southwest Virginia man in connection with a November 2017 crash that claimed the life of a Coeburn teenager. Otis Boone Luther is charged in the crash that occurred along Fincastle Road in Lebanon, Virginia. The vehicle Luther was driving ran off the road and crashed into a tree with no indications of braking before the crash, resulting in the death of 18 year old Brittany Swan.
