Carter County Deputy On Administrative Leave

An investigation of alleged misconduct has a Carter County deputy on administrative leave. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations says it has been asked to look into allegations that deputy Nick Andes pulled a gun and threw a ten year old boy to the ground.
