Blountville Construction Company Has Low Bid For New County High School

A Blountville construction company has placed a low bid of just under the Sullivan County School Board’s 60 million dollar proposed budget for a new county high school. JA Street and Associates bid of 59 point nine million dollars did not include certain items that would have placed the bid over the county’s budget for the project…leaving the door open for possible adjustments to the price tag. The school board will vote on a bid at its July 12th meeting.
