Hawkins County Man Charged With Investment Scheme

A Hawkins County man is facing multiple charges for allegedly running an investment scheme ripping off investors of thousands of dollars. 63 year old Kim Owens Alley is charged with one count of theft over sixty thousand dollars and two counts of unlawful business. Investigators says Alley operated a foreign exchange venture and misused funds he collected from investors and kept part of the money for personal use.
