Two Johnson City Residents Sentenced For Bank Robbery
Two Johnson City residents have been sentenced for their roles in an April 2016 robbery of the Eastman Credit Union in Johnson City. 37 year old Kezia Dover was sentenced to 60 months in prison, while 29 year old Chris Jones received a 98 month sentence in federal prison. Jones walked into the credit union and handed the teller a note stating, Quote “got bomb, no cops, no dye pack’s put money in bag. The teller followed Jones’ request and Jones left in a car driven by Dover. The two were apprehended the following day after crashing in a high speed pursuit.
