Kingsport Man Arrested After Pulling Female Victim By Hair, Then Strangling Her

A Kingsport man has been arrested for domestic aggravated assault for allegedly pulling a female victim by her hair and then strangling her. According to Johnson City Police, 23 year old Austin Noel was arrested after police responded when a neighbor her the woman screaming for someone to call 911. Police says Noel, shoved the victim’s head into a television, covered her mouth to keep her from screaming, dragged her by the hair before throwing her against a car and strangling her. Noel is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
