Man Pleads To Second Degree Choking Death Of Kingsport Man…Gets 25 Years

A man pleads guilty to choking a Kingsport man to death this past year and will now spend the next 25 years in prison. 52 year old Jeffery Dale Flanary pleaded guilty to second degree murder in connection with the death of Michael Davidson in January of last year. Police say Flanary choked Davidson in his sleep in his Lynn Garden Community home. Flanary also pleaded guilty to especially aggravated robbery, two counts of tampering with evidence and evading arrest
