Bus Driver Who Hit Ten Year Old Waives Preliminary Hearing

She says she didn’t see the school bus…or its flashing lights when she hit a ten year old boy. And now a woman has waived her rights to a preliminary hearing. Crystal Buchanan is charged with reckless endangerment after investigators say she struck ten year old Donavon Sampson in November of last year. Sampson suffered a broken leg, along with cuts and bruises after being hit by Buchanan. The case now moves to a grand jury for its consideration.
