Lee County Hospital Authority To Team With Ballad To Reopen Shuttered Facility

The Lee County Hospital Authority has voted to accept an offer by Ballad Health to reopen the shuttered hospital. The authority will officially end its contract agreement with another company on February first. Americore had planned to reopen the hospital but that never came to fruition. The authority says it does not know what type of services Ballad will offer or when the hospital will re-open
