Two Year Old Shot In Head, Continues To Improve

According to social media reports, the family of a two year old girl who was shot in the back of the head while she was playing outside in her yard in Johnson County is making progress with her recovery. Ariel Salaices is recovery at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital in Knoxville and doctors say she has a good chance at survival after receiving surgery to reduce swelling in her brain. No one has been charged in the case which is still being investigated.
