Suspects Arraigned On Accessory To Attempt Second Degree Murder
The alleged gunman in a Saturday night shooting in Kingsport remains on the loose and two suspects charged with assisting with the crime have been arraigned as new information emerges from the investigation. 29 year old Matthew Phillips is wanted for attempted second degree murder and remains on the loose and should be considered armed and dangerous. Deonte Bristol and Brittany Stafford were arraigned Monday on accessory to attempted second degree murder. The two allegedly held a man a gunpoint at the Meadowview Convention Center, forced to him knock on the door of a room occupied by Gemayel Williams, who was then shot in the arm by Phillips.
