COPA Continues Call For Improvements To Ballad Health’s Communications

The Certificate of Public Advantage Advisory Council, the group that monitors the merger that created Ballad Health has met and is suggesting the health care provider improve its communications with the public. The council met Thursday and once again pointed to communication as an area that needs improvement. A previous report by the council called for improvements to the company’s communications, specifically with the public. The Tennessee Department of Health suggested those improvements as well.
