Two Sullivan County Constables Arrested On Assault And Official Misconduct Charges
Two Sullivan County Constables have been indicted and charged with assault and official misconduct after an investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. According to a press release from the TBI, agents arrested 74 year old Ralph T. King and 63 year old Marshall Harrison Buckner, both Sullivan County Constables after an investigation revealed the two allegedly assaulted an employee at a Kingsport business in the process of executing a Writ of Possession. Both King and Buckner were arraigned on the charges in criminal court in Sullivan County.
