Authorities arrest one person in alleged drug trafficking scheme in Sullivan County, second suspect still wanted

One of two people indicted in a drug trafficking scheme in Sullivan County has been captured.

According to the Kingsport Police Department, Lawrence Wycliff Long, 57, was in custody as of Monday morning. The other suspect, Marina Michelle Horton, 43, remains wanted by authorities. Both were indicted by a Sullivan County grand jury on allegations of possessing over 26 grams of cocaine for sale and delivery within 1,000 feet of a park, and sale and delivery of less than a half gram of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a park.
