Case Continued For Trio Charged With Second Degree Greene County Murder

A Chuckey, Tennessee man charged with second degree murder and two accomplices had their court hearing continued on Tuesday. 24 year old Adrian Kiser was arrested over the weekend and charged with second degree murder after a body was found deceased in a wrecked car in Greene County on June 29. 25 year old Zachary Richards and 33 year old Elizabeth Lee Poe Phillips are charged with facilitation of second degree murder in connection to the case. The three are scheduled to appear in court again on July 17 at nine am.
