Police: Johnson City man allegedly fondled minor, held her by force from leaving

A Johnson City man is facing four charges related to an incident of allegedly fondling a minor and holding her by force.

Officers say last night just after 9:00 p.m, they arrested Adolfo Castro, 48, at a residence on Robinson Dr. after responding to a report of a minor being touched inappropriately. Police allege Castro fondled the minor, who was under 17 and prevented her from leaving.

They also say he was intoxicated and provided a false identity.

Castro is facing charges of Sexual Battery, False Imprisonment, Criminal Impersonation, and Public Intoxication..

He is being held in jail on a $40,000 bond and is due in court today.
