Arraignment set for Bulls Gap man on child sex charges

A Bulls Gap, Tennessee man will be arraigned in Sessions Court in Washington County on Friday after police said he sexually assaulted a child under the age of 13 and sent them nude pictures of himself.

James R. Hyatt, 59, is charged with aggravated sexual battery, two counts of solicitation, and exhibition of porn to a minor, according to the report sent by Sheriff Ed Graybeal’s office.

Hyatt was issued a $75,000 bond.
