Ballad Health officials issued a plea to the community on Sunday to do their part to reduce the unbelievably high number of COVID-19 cases. The health care provider reported the number of COVID patients held steady at 339 on Sunday. However, the positivity rate rose once again above thirty percent at 30 point seven percent. Ballad reported 67 patients in the Intensive Care Unit and 38 patients on ventilators. In the past week, 101 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19.
