TDH County Health Departments now booking online COVID-19 vaccine appointments

County health departments in TN are now booking online COVID-19 vaccination appointments for Phase 1 groups and people ages 75 and older.

Residents can follow a three step process to get an appointment, first by looking at their vaccine eligibility through the state’s vaccination plan, found by clicking here.

They then can view what phase of that plan their individual county is in, by clicking here.

Should they be eligible to get vaccinated, they can register online on the TDH site, click on the specific county they live in, and click “Make an Appointment” to register. Individuals that register will need to enter their name and contact information to be notified of their appointment date, time and location as soon as vaccine becomes available.
