Eastman Earns Top Marks In Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate LGBTQ Equality Index

Kingsport’s Eastman Chemical Company receives a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index. The Index is the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report, measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality. Eastman Chairman and Chief Executive Officer says Eastman’s strategy begins and ends with people. The results of the 2021 report shows more than one thousand U.S. Based companies are promoting LGBTQ friendly workplace policies in the United States. The survey ranked Eastman on it’s non discrimination policies , equitable benefits for LGBTQ workers and families, supporting an inclusive culture and Corporate social responsibility.
