Cumberland Plateau, LENOWISCO Health Districts adding online survey for COVID-19 appointment wait list

Two more Southwest Virginia health districts have launched online surveys that will put residents on a COVID-19 vaccine appointment waiting list.

This includes the Cumberland Plateau and LENOWISCO districts, who have joined Mount Rogers to provide individuals the option as a way to help clear phone lines for those that do not have internet access. The health departments are continuing to remind those that complete the survey that it will not schedule them an appointment or guarantee an appointment.

Staff however, will use the survey to contact eligible individuals to schedule an appointment when they become available.
