Lee County To Use Nearly A Million Dollars In Grants To Expand Behavioral Mental Health Services For Students

Frontier Health and Planning District One Behavioral Services are teaming up to use nearly one million dollars in recently awarded grant funds for a School Based Mental Health Services program in Lee County, Virginia. Over the next three and a half years the funds will be utilized to expand outpatient therapy and case management services through the Lee County Public School System. The new program can potentially serve more than 800 students in six Lee County Schools.
