Local Businessman Facing Multiple Sex Crimes Against Minor

A local business owner is facing multiple charges of sex crimes against a minor who works for him in Elizabethton. Gary Mack Hicks, owner of Sycamore Drive In on Sycamore Street, is facing two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of tampering with evidence. Hicks is being held in the Carter County Jail on a 25 thousand dollar bond.
