Investigation Continues Into Johnson City Explosion That Kills One..Injures Another

An employee of Lighting Resources in Johnson City who was injured in an explosion that killed another employee was scheduled for surgery on Thursday as the investigation continues into the cause of that blast. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released and state investigators continue to comb through evidence at the blast site at the company’s facilities located at 300 Boggs Lane. No other injuries were reported, however the building received significant damage from the explosion.
