TBI Fugitive could be in the Region

The TBI has reported that a felony suspect in a forgery case out of Davidson County, considered to be armed and dangerous, may be traveling through East Tennessee. Mark Anthony McConnell, 61, of Knoxville could be in the area between Knoxville and Johnson City. He was one of 11 indicted in the case last year. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency.
