Rogersville Man Indicted For Filing False Income Tax Returns
He’s accused of not paying taxes for nearly two decades and now Brian Leo Snow of Rogersville is indicted on various income tax offenses. The indictment against Snow indicates he owes the Internal Revenue Service more than 150 thousand dollars. Snow allegedly obstructed IRS laws over a period of time by filing false tax returns. He is also accused of filing false liens worth millions of dollars against government officials. If convicted on all counts, Snow would face 15 years in prison.
