Carter County Sheriff’s Office Arrest Four on Attempted Murder Charges

The Carter County Sheriff’s Office has charged and arrestted four people for attempted murder.

20-year-old Mathew Duane Dye, 38-year-old Ross Dee Kelly and 41-year-old Michael Todd Silcox are all charged with attempted first degree murder. 31-year-old Kasey Delamae Miller is charged with aggravated kidnapping and attempted first degree murder.

Police found A video on Miller’s cell phone showing her beating a man with a bat. The video also showed the three male suspects helping Miller. Their bonds are set at $250,000 and Miller’s is $350,000.
