Man Charged With Murder Of Kingsport Man Bound Over

The man charged with the first degree murder of a Kingsport man last April has his case bound over to a grand jury. 28 year old Corey Lee Moore, was arrested two days after the body of 56 year old Timothy L. Gilliam was found shot to death at close range. The shooting took place inside a home in the Lynn Garden community on Stapleton Drive.
