Northeast Tennessee Man Added To TBI Top Ten Most Wanted List

A northeast Tennessee man is added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top Ten Most Wanted List. Police say Robert Lynn Fletcher of Mountain City is wanted by police there on two counts of aggravated rape and drug related offenses. Fletcher stands six feet one inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Fletcher is considered dangerous and authorities are advising if you think you recognize Fletcher do not approach him, but call local authorities. A 25 hundred dollar reward is being offered for the apprehension of Fletcher.
