Bristol Businessman Planning Retail Development Site

Construction is already underway on a new retail development project in Bristol Tennessee that’s expected to be a boost to the city’s economic growth. Businessman Mitch Walters and a developer are planning to construct a new dealership at the 51 thousand square foot location near West State Street and Island Road. Walter says efforts are ongoing to bring other retailers and a proposed plan for a hotel, retail and medical space to the location.
