Interview Process Underway In Bristol, Virginia For New Council Member Selection
In a story we first told you about on Monday, we now know twelve Bristol Virginia residents have applied for the vacant seat on the Bristol City Council. And today, six of those applicants will be interviewed by members of the council as part of the application process for the selection of a new council member. The remaining six applicants will be interviewed Thursday. The individual selected will fill the seat left vacant after Bristol Virginia City Council ousted former Councilman Doug Fleenor. Following the interview process, Council will select the new member next Tuesday in a closed session.
