Sullivan And Washington County Tennessee Mayors Form Blue Ribbon Regional Cooperation Committee

Regional cooperation was on the minds of the Mayors of the regions two largest counties Tuesday night. And the first order of business was for Sullivan County Mayor Richard Venable and Washington County, Tennessee Mayor Joe Grandy to appoint a blue ribbon committee on regional cooperation. The 17 member group is made of up government, chamber and economic development leaders from each county. The group will work together on entrepreneurial development, tourism marketing, existing business development and workforce development
