Church Hill Man Identified As Body Found In Holston River Last Weekend

Investigators have identified a body discovered in the Holston River last weekend as 40 year old John R. Stair of Church Hill. A fisherman found Stair’s body in the waterway near the Ridgefields community of Kingsport last Saturday. The case remains under investigation and the cause of death is not known at this time.
