Missing Child Out of Cookeville Found Safe in Bluff City

A missing 14-year old child, who was last seen in Cookeville, TN last Monday, has been located and found safe in Bluff City.

The TBI reports Lukas Perez was the subject of an endangered child alert, but officers have since located the child and the endangered alert has since been canceled.
