Hawkins County Man Arrested, Police Find Him Asleep With Drugs, Paraphernalia in Lap

Kingsport police arrest a man after they find him asleep in a vehicle with a syringe and crystal substance laying in his lap.

Brandon Moore, 36 of Church Hill, is facing a drug charge as well as being a fugitive from justice, wanted for violation of probation out of Sullivan County and 11 counts of felony violation probation out of Wise County.

A police report from the Kingsport Police Department says an officer found Moore and another man asleep in a car Wednesday morning in the Walgreens Parking Lot, where the officer found the alleged drugs and paraphernalia.

Moore was arrested and booked into the Kingsport City Jail. The 11 counts of felony violation of probation out of Wise County comes with full extradition according to the report.
