International Storytelling Festival switching to digital format for 2020

The 2020 International Storytelling Festival in Jonesborough is on as scheduled but not in the format that you are used to.

Event organizers announced crowds that would bring people from all parts of the world to Washington County would not be feasible in the midst of the pandemic so they will still welcome an international audience to hear stories from participants in a digital format that will be broadcast on the internet.

Planners at the International Storytelling Center say there are excited about the change and the possibility of bringing new visitors to their event through the digital portal.
