Morristown man charged with involuntary manslaughter following shooting

A Morristown, Tennessee man is charged with involuntary manslaughter after police said he shot an intoxicated intruder at his home.

Thaddeus Wallace, Jr., 53, was reportedly involved in an argument with the victim at the dwelling in the 1000 block of Clover Dale Lane.

Brian Welton Stone, 44, was found dead on the property with a gunshot wound to the head. Wallace was issued bond and he was then released from the Hamblen County Jail to await arraignment.
