Sullivan County Commission Approve Developer’s Plans And Request For TIF

A Kingsport developer’s plans and request for use of an incentive tax plan for developing a multi million dollar residential neighborhood near the Bristol Motor Speed is now approved. Sullivan County Commissioners Thursday night approved Developer Danny Karst’s, request to use a Tax Increment Financing plan with the city of Bristol to construct 158 residential dwellings on Raceday Road, just off of Volunteer Parkway. The project has already been approved by the City of Bristol.
