$20 million investment bringing high-end couples resort to Unicoi County

The Town of Unicoi is celebrating a nearly $20 million investment to locate a resort in the county. Coffee Ridge will be an all-inclusive, couples-only resort that offers a high-end cabin experience. Owners say they are thrilled to bring a luxurious resort to the Upper East Tennessee area. The resort will feature 12 luxury cabins, a clubhouse for dining and recreation, and entertainment options such as horse-back riding and stargazing at an observatory. No opening or completion date has yet been announced for this Coffee Ridge resort in Unicoi County.
