Authorities Continue Search For Two Men In Connection To Weekend Fatal Shooting

Carter County Authorities continue searching for two men wanted in connection with a fatal shooting that took place on Hillside Drive Saturday morning. 25 year old Austin Michael Brady, and 40 year old Kenneth Matthew Dayton are wanted for questioning regarding the homicide in the Sinking Creek community around one am Saturday. Multiple people called and reported shots fired in the area. Investigators determined both the victim and a suspect had exchanged gunshots at each other. Police found a man with a gunshot wound to his chest, who later died at a local hospital. The victim also been driving a stolen vehicle and is wanted on multiple arrest warrants.
