Watauga Man, Arrested After Trying To Drop Drugs Into Detention Center Recreation Area
A Watauga Tennessee man is jailed after he attempted to drop drugs and other contraband into the Washington County Tennessee Detention Center by flying a drone over the detention center’s recreation yard. 31 year old Dustin J. Garland flew the drone over the intended drop zone, when deputies noticed the drone and its cargo dangling from a fishing line.
