UPDATE: Indicted Buchanan County supervisor appears in Circuit Court

A Buchanan County, Virginia supervisor has been arraigned in Circuit Court on more than 80 felonies related to election fraud.

Trey Adkins pleaded not guilty and has a motion hearing set for June 20th.

Adkins said in a video message posted on social media that he denies all charges against him and he plans to expose those behind the false allegations.

The lawmaker was indicted by a grand jury following an investigation conducted by State Police.
