Sex Offender Arrested Again, Fails To Inform Investigators Of Change Of Address

A Johnson City registered sex offender is arrested for violating his sex offender registry by failing to update his address as he moved his place of residence. Jerry Blevins failed to inform investigators of his new location and is now charged with one count of violation of sex offender registry. Blevins was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County, Tennessee Detention Center on a ten thousand dollar bond. Blevins’ court date is pending in General Sessions Court.
