Harmon Park in Elizabethton reopens after Helene

A park in Elizabethton has just reopened after being damaged during Hurricane Helene. Harmon Park, located next to the old train on Highway 19E, reopened on Thursday. The City says that Parks and Recreation maintenance crews put in around 200 hours of work fixing the damage.
