First Utility District of Carter County repairing cold weather related leaks

First Utility District of Carter County is asking its customers to report any water leaks and conserve water. The water utility company said that due to the recent cold snap that some customers may experience water leaks. Any customers with a leak are asked to notify the First Utility District of Carter County. The utility has also asked that customers conserve water until things are restored.
